New Years Eve 2010/2011

We spent our New Years Eve in the best way we knew possible: hiking and great food!  We met up with a couple friends to hike up Hogsback Mountain again on New Years Eve - this time it was a lot colder but much better weather!  We made it up the ridge but ran out of day light before actually reaching the summit.  Alee was pretty happy to turn around - she was so cold that she had ice rings at the top of her boots!   After a tough hike up, we headed back down to get ready for the evening.   

That evening we made reservations at Klamath Fall's best Italian restaurant - Lello and Beefs.  Their food is a unique mix of gourmet and comfort!  We had some great food and stayed at the table chatting until we were ready to head to the "party" side of the restaurant for their New Year's Eve party.  We enjoyed a little dancing and acting crazy until the ball dropped!

Once we were heading out - we realized it was snowing - a perfect end to the night!
