Hurricane Ike

Well folks, Hurricane Ike came hurdling through Houston Friday and Saturday causing massive destruction and wiping out electricity to over 4 million people.  All in all, Ed and I made out quite well with some minor roof damage from a large tree branch falling on our house.  Our neighbors had some major roof damage and several people in the neighborhood lost large portions of their fences.  Luckily when we returned home on Sunday, we had a significant amount of help from friends and neighbors has you can see in the photos of all of us removing the tree.
